In two thirds of the world where poverty rules, a key ingredient missing from the lives of many young people is dignity. A young mother in her early 20s, sick with one child, is a cyclical orphan that once received the assistance of medicine, education, safety, and care. She did not finish her schooling, became pregnant early and had no other means to provide for herself and her child other than collecting recycled plastics. She is an example of many young people who face the stark realities of growing up in Zambia.

Students, like her leave school without a marketable skill, feeling rejected with no sense of hope for a future; resulting in a poor societal launch. High unemployment, fatherlessness, lack in direction and purpose are also growing trends in Zambia.

Toluwani(tuh-loo-wuh-nee) Global Network Solution, a 12-18 month intensive skills focused training program, will shape young adults into world changers by equipping their hands with industrial skills, their heads with a strong sense of self-confidence through life skills, and their hearts with Biblical Discipleship for God's glory.

Hands
Purpose, meaning and dignity can be had from work. Apprentices receive hands-on industrial training: carpentry, metal fabrication, hospitality, food production, farming, auto mechanics, electrical and needle work.
Heads
Greatness requires intentional training; we call it GRIT. Apprentices learn to become resilient against odds, become mentally strong, physically fit and push through every struggle to success.

Hearts
Young Adults - The reason why Toluwani (toh-loo-ah-nee) exists. Apprentices moral character will enable them to make a living for themselves and others. Realizing this success, requires a commitment to people. Mentors will daily coach in life-application experiences from spiritual, mental and physical disciplines.
